He specialises in risk management and change processes, helping to ensure your projects effectively manage risks while seamlessly integrating with site and operational safety and health management systems.
Chris also offers strong support in conducting investigations and facilitating risk assessments tailored to your companies needs. Beyond mining, his diverse experience extends across manufacturing, construction, and the meat industry, giving him a broad perspective and the versatility to add value across multiple sectors.

He holds an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety and a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Hazard Management.

Eric Ellis

Principal Consultant

Eric Ellis is an operations-analytics specialist with 15 years in the mining industry, spanning equipment OEMs, technology providers, consultancies, and Tier-1 producers. He combines advanced Power BI and SQL data-modelling with disciplined project management to translate complex data into targeted insights that drive effective, data-backed decisions across all levels of operation. His track record includes designing and delivering operational dashboards in Power BI, as well as developing short and long-term mine plans, feasibility studies, and continuous-improvement programs across surface and underground operations. 
  
He holds a BSc in Mining Engineering, an MBA, a MSc in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification. 

 Hollie Gibson

Accounts Administrator

Hollie brings a diverse professional background to the team, with experience in real estate, finance, and business management. She has also gained valuable operational insight through her work in metallurgical laboratories within the mining industry. At Eminence One, Hollie oversees accounts and financial management, while also playing a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. Her broad skill set and attention to detail make her an integral part of the organisation.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology and a Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Impact Evaluation. Throughout her career, Marcela has been instrumental in managing and evaluating environmental projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting sustainable practices. Brenda Denbesten

Principal Consultant

Brenda Denbesten is a Senior Consultant at Eminence One, bringing over 18 years of experience in chemical engineering, operations leadership, and continuous improvement across the mining, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Renowned for her expertise in managing large-scale change and stakeholder engagement, she has held key roles at BHP and Orica. Brenda is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM, serving on advisory committees and coaching women to thrive in male-dominated industries. Her contributions have earned her recognition as a finalist in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Women in Industry Awards and the 2024 Winner of Women of Colour in STEM Engineering Excellence.

BJ Davison

Site Senior Executive (SSE) & Open Cut Examiner (OCE)

BJ Davison is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in open-cut coal mining operations. Holding statutory qualifications as both a Site Senior Executive (SSE) and Open Cut Examiner (OCE), he plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and effective site management. BJ's expertise encompasses overseeing daily mining activities, implementing safety and health management systems, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
